By accessing, registering on or using the 245win platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the 245win platform, regardless of whether you access it via a web browser on mobile or desktop. They cover every aspect of your relationship with 245win — from account creation and payments in PKR, to bonus eligibility, gameplay conduct and account closure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 245win, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (individual), not a company or automated system.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 245win or any related platform.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of another person.

245win may request identity verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 245win. Creating duplicate accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions or any other reason — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. 245win will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 245win will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately.

4. Deposits

245win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets

All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your account balance in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 245win does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are for the purpose of gaming on the 245win platform only. Using 245win as a mechanism for transferring money between payment methods — for example, depositing and immediately withdrawing without any gaming activity — is not permitted and may lead to account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 245win are paid in PKR to verified payment methods held in the same name as the registered account. 245win does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the account holder.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. This involves providing a valid government-issued ID and may include additional documentation at 245win's discretion. This process is a one-time requirement for account verification.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts.
• Raast: Same-day processing for verified accounts during business hours.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

245win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. You will be notified if this applies to your request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

245win offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments and other sporting events.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. General bonus principles include:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Unwagered bonus funds remaining at expiry will be removed from your account.
• 245win reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.

Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using the platform solely for bonus clearing without genuine gaming activity or using automated tools — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

245win provides access to a range of game categories including Slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Teen Patti, Blackjack), Sports Betting, Fish Games and more. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to event-specific rules. Bets accepted on voided events, cancelled matches or events with incomplete results will be settled according to 245win's sports betting rules, which are published separately.

In the event of a technical fault or error during gameplay — such as disconnection, game malfunction or incorrect odds — 245win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from system errors will not be paid out.

8. Responsible Gaming

245win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a set of tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Receive on-screen reminders after a set period of continuous play.

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or software bugs for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 245win staff or other users.

Any breach of these prohibited conduct rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

245win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
• The account holder has not completed identity verification within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without any gameplay activity.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 245win support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

11. Limitation of Liability

245win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure stable, un interrupted service, 245win does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted, 245win shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings arising from system downtime or technical faults.
• Loss of data resulting from connectivity issues on your end.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in processing.

Your total liability to 245win and 245win's total liability to you in connection with these terms shall be limited to the amount of real money funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arises.

12. Privacy & Data

245win collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of operating your account, processing payments, verifying your identity and improving the platform experience.

13. Amendments to These Terms
